- audio and other session data captured during a Portal session (where enabled).
We use this data to operate the Services, provide analytics to Customers, improve product quality, and support Customers.
D) Payment information
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers, though we may receive limited billing details such as subscription status and payment confirmation.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- create and manage accounts;
- deliver Portals and enable sharing and viewing experiences;
- provide analytics and reporting;
- enable AI guidance features (where available);
- improve reliability, performance, and user experience;
